1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing SPELL CAST (“the Game”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developers of SPELL CAST.

2. Description of the Game

SPELL CAST is a free-to-play, browser-based mobile skill game. The Game is provided as a standalone HTML application designed for entertainment purposes. No account creation, registration, or personal information is required to play.

3. Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the Game or its source code without explicit written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game or any part thereof
• Use the Game for any commercial purpose without prior written authorization
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Game

4. No Real Money or Gambling

Any scores, points, or achievements earned within the Game have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, sold, or exchanged for real money, goods, or services.

5. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all players, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, scripts, macros, or automated tools to play the Game or manipulate scores
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage
• Using cheat software, memory editors, or any tools that modify game behavior
• Attempting to manipulate or falsify high score data stored in local storage
• Distributing modified or cracked versions of the Game

6. Intellectual Property

All content within SPELL CAST, including but not limited to the game design, artwork, animations, user interface, source code, and gameplay mechanics, is the intellectual property of the Game’s developers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SPELL CAST is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developers of SPELL CAST shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Game. This includes, without limitation, any loss of data, device damage, or other tangible or intangible losses.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Game after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
